Radiothon to End Child Abuse

Balloon Characters
Beginning at approx. 2:00pm - LaDon Howes will create balloon characters for children of all ages.

Face Painting
2:00 - 6:00pm Amanda Loftus and Jens Warner will be doing face painting.

Fingerprinting Clinic
From approx. 12:30p.m. to 8:00p.m. there will be a fingerprinting clinic provided by the Hubbard County Sheriff's Department. This will be provided free of charge to all children in the Paul Bunyan Mall corridor.

Staffers, spearheaded by Pam Stowe, from Northwest Technical College
The Northwest Technical College, Child Care and Education/Young Child Programs, will offer fun activities for young children from 1:00 – 8:00pm.

The Beltrami County Child Abuse Prevention Council will also staff an informational booth offering public education materials, helpful materials for parents and caregivers.

Massage Therapists will be at the Mall donating money received for their chair massages, to the Radiothon!
From 1:30 to 5:30pm, Rita and Paul Scholl of Living Touch Massage of Bemidji, will offer a chair massage for $1.00 a minute. And, from 5:30 to 7:30pm, Ron Tuck of Ron Tuck Therapeutic Massage of Bemidji, will also be offering a relaxing chair massage, $10.00 for a ten minute session.
 
Come out to the Mall on Thursday for a feel-good chair massage. Reduce your stress and fatigue and support the Radiothon to End Child Abuse and Neglect. ALL proceeds will be donated to the Radiothon.

All haircuts, perms, colors, skincare services, waxes and body wraps booked on Thursday, December 3rd will be included. All work is performed by students under the direct supervision of licensed instructors. Call now for your appointment and help us end child abuse and neglect in our local community.

“Family Fun Pizza Night”
Thursday, December 3rd, beginning at 5:00PM

Join "Bubbles" at this fun-filled annual event! Eat in or take out a pizza and the Bilben’s will donate one dollar from each pizza sold! The “Celebrity” Wait Staff will be donating all of their tips to the Radiothon – so tip them generously! You can also bid on Silent Auction items. It promises to be a fun family night. Make plans to attend this annual event that raises hundreds of dollars for the HOWA Family Center and the Family Safety Network.

Pizza Night at Lucette’s Pizza & Pub in Hackensack
Thursday, December 3rd, from 5:00 – 9:00PM.
Help support the Radiothon to End Child Abuse! Lucette’s will be donating $1.00 per pizza ordered to the Radiothon. You can also bid on Silent Auction items. Make plans to attend this annual event that raises money for the HOWA Family Center and the Family Safety Network.
